How far in advance should I book my bridal makeup service?

We recommend booking your bridal trial 3-6 months before your wedding, and securing your wedding date as soon as possible, especially during peak wedding season (May-September). Popular dates can book up to a year in advance.

Do you travel to clients' locations?

Yes, we offer on-location services for weddings and special events. Travel fees apply based on distance. For locations more than 25 miles from our studio, additional charges will be discussed during your consultation.

What brands do you use?

We work with professional-grade products from brands including Charlotte Tilbury, Pat McGrath Labs, NARS, Laura Mercier, and Make Up For Ever. We can accommodate specific brand preferences or allergies with advance notice.

How can I prepare for my makeup appointment?

Arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Avoid heavy skincare products immediately before your appointment. Wear a buttoned or zip-up top that can be removed without disturbing your makeup. Bring reference photos of looks you like if possible.

Do you accommodate sensitive skin or allergies?

Absolutely. Please inform us of any skin sensitivities or allergies when booking. We have hypoallergenic options available and can customize our product selection to accommodate your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of 50% of the service price. For bridal bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
